Does anyone rember the last time we played them in a 2 leg tie .
We drew at home and lost 1 0 away . That was the same cup.
I don't thinkit was a semi final, so why was it a 2 leg match. :Blues:

That was about 92 I think, bosnich save a penalty from frain, all legs in those days were over two legs.

I think we lost both legs 1-0,

Amazing thing is we have had a home draw in every round. Can't remember that ever happening before.

i bet it will be 40 quid a ticket.

:D

Might not be Eson.

Both clubs have to agree the prices, the concessions etc And I don't think we have the same attitude in the boardroom as we had under Sullivan.

Don't think this new board will look at this match as being a quick killing - 'charge the max we can get away with' as in the old era.

However I think they could get away with £40 even if we were on TV.

Somehow, I don't think quick proffits are in their gameplan. I think they will put the fans first.

This board are a lot more in touch with reality that is for sure.

Be interesting to see how they react to a game like this which will 100% sellout.

:bluzz:

I reckon Cat C prices would be fair. I don't see why Blues should go with £10 tickets if they can sell out for twice that much. There's thinking about the fans, and there's running a business.

Will being at every round so far give you any sort of ticket priority?

I doubt it. For Brentford you could pay cash at the turnstile, which I guess is unaccountable. Probably be season ticket holders first, then general sale.

I'm sure when I spoke to someone at the ticket office when collecting my Brentford tickets they were saying that it could be ST holders priority then those with stubs from prev cup games, THEN general sale... struggling to remember clearly though, I'd had a few by that point :)

£40 would be 100% reasonable. This is the one game where I don't think we could complain about a high ticket price. Even the stayaways would be jumping at the chance to come at that price.
